Exchange and return policy

Akyat Bags always strives to satisfy its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the unused merchandise within 3 days of receiving the order and the total amount paid for the merchandise will be refunded.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless you receive a damaged product or an incorrect product has been shipped. Please give us a period of 5 to 15 working days from the date of receiving the goods to complete the refund process.

Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all tags and in new condition and packaging intact.
